How should I choose what car to rent? In order to be sure that the rented car will meet your needs, you have to consider first the number of the adults and kids that will have to travel with this car and second but not last the amount of the luggage, you will be traveling with – number of big and small suitcases. Then you have to read the description of each car on the website of the company and decide which one will fit the best. Could you reserve a specific car make for me? The reservations are made for a car group and not for specific car make. If you make a booking for a specific car make, and we cannot confirm availability of the required car, we will offer you another make of the same car class. Can I modify my already existing booking? You could change the requirement of an already made reservation. Just send us an e – mail or contact us to inform us about the changes at least 1 day before the first date of the rental. How to pick up my reserved car? Our rent – a – car agent will deliver the reserved car to the location, required by you – your hotel, the airport, bus station or other. What happens if there is a flight delay? If you have précised your flight number our representative will be aware of the delay and will be waiting for you at the airport according to the delay of the flight. Can I rent the car for several hours? The minimum rental period is 24 hours and this is the basis when making the rental quote. What kind of documents do I need? When picking up the vehicle you have to show to our representative a valid driving license held for et least 1 year and a valid international passport. What kind of driver’s license do I need? Any driving license is accepted as long as it is valid. Can someone else drive the car that I rent? One additional driver is allowed bur only the persons written in the rental agreement can drive the rented vehicle. What kind of debit and credit cards can I pay with? We accept payment, made by Master Card, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. We do not accept payments from debit cards. Can I use someone else’s card to pay the rental, if I have his/her permission? The possessor of the credit card is considered as renter in the rental agreement, so a payment with somebody else’s credit card is not allowed. What does the price include? The price includes VAT 20%, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft protection, Third party insurance, Fire insurance, Airport surcharges, One additional driver, One baby seat. Do I have to pay extra for the fuel? The fuel is not included in the price. You are supposed to drop off the car with the same level of fuel as it was delivered to you. So the used fuel is on you. Does insurances cost extra? Some insurances are included in the rental price, others result in extra charge. So this matter must be discussed whit our representative before signing the rental agreement. What should I do, if I have problems with my car? No matter what kind of problem you have, the first person to contact is a representative of Rentomobile, who will give you exact information what to do next. Can I rent a car in one location and drop it off in another? It is possible to pick up a car in one location and drop it off at another. This however will cost you extra charge. Can I take a pet in the car? Pets are not allowed. Can I use my rented car to tow? It is absolutely forbidden to tow with a rented car. Do I have to give a tip to your representative? If you decide that the representative served you well and kind enough, you must tip him/her. |

Collision Damage Waiver
|
This insurance limits your liablity to the amount of your deposit. It is a must to present a police report to Rentomobile in order to keep your insurance valid. This insurance does not cover damages on wheels, tires and underside! |

Theft Protection
|
This insurance covers theft of you rental vehicle. It is valid only if: - you have contacted the police office immediately - you have contacted our office immediately - you can present the registration card and keys of teh vehicle
It does not cover partial thefts! |

Full Damage Waiver
|
This insurance limits your liability in case of accidents to 0.00. It is valid only if a police repost is presented to Rentomobile. It does not cover damages on wheels, tires and underside. FDW is offered as an extra option and you can buy this insurance only locally! |

Age requirements
|
|
The primary renter of the vehicle must be at least 21 years of age. Additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements as the Primary driver. All drivers must show a valid driver's license at time of rental. Certain specialty and larger sized vehicles may not be rented to younger drivers. There is not a maximum age limit. Rentomobile reserves the right to refuse rental of a vehicle if the renter demonstrates inability to handle road rules and conditions. |

We will wait for you at the airport, in the port, in our office or in the reception of your hotel according to the choices you have made. |

One way renals
|
|
A vehicle can be rented in one location and returned to another. Choose you pick-up and drop off location when reserving through our reservation form and calculation for the additional charges will be presented to you before sending of your booking inquiry. |

Out of business hours charges
|
|
We will charge you 6 euro VAT including if you want to collect or drop off your rental car between 18:00h and 9:00h. The charge will appear in our quote when you fulfill the reservation form. |

Fuel charges
|
|
There is no refueling charge. Missing fuel will be charged 1.20 euro VAT inclusive |

Across the border
|
As a principal, it is not allowed to leave the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria with any of the cars of Rentomobile. Exclusions are made for regular customers only (with more than 3 rentals with Rentomobile) only for traveling in Greece and Romania. In such cases the regulations are as follows: Deposit is 1000 euros for any type of car, payable by credit card or in cash. - Green card must be paid by the customer prior to the rental to Rentomobile.
- A power of Attorney, allowing to leave the territory of Bulgaria, will be supplied at the beginning of the rental from Rentomobile. A charge of 5 euros must be paid by the customer prior to the rental.
- Breakdown service for a foreign country is not free of charge. All the costs and losses must be paid by the customer.
Leaving the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria without a written permission of Rentomobile is ILLEGAL, and the client will assume full property and punivity liability for illegal usage of vehicle owned by another peron. |

Insurance Exclusions
|
|
The CDW and FDW do not cover damage to wheels, tires, glass, the roof, the underside, the interior of the car, towing charges or damage caused willfully or recklessly. You may therefore be liable for the cost of these damages. |

Accidents and Breakdowns
|
|
Vehicle must never be removed from place of accident until police rapport has been completed. In case of any accident to the car you must immediately contact the nearest police station on 166 and make an accident report. If you do not report this to the police and comply with the requirements under the country's law, the insurance becomes invalid. The report should state if there was any influence of alcohol or drugs. It is essential that you also report any accident or damage to RENTOMOBILE. In case of other damages to the rented car, the above procedure should also be followed. If the vehicle is damaged while parked you have to report the damage to RENTOMOBILE and call the traffic police. It is mandatory for the client to file a police report in case of theft and to turn this document in to RENTOMOBILE In case of a breakdown you must never move the car or try to start it. You must call your RENTOMOBILE agent immediately. The client must report all damages IMMEDIATELY to RENTOMOBILE. Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the client. |

Useful Tips
|
If you want to be a “decent” driver and avoid problems on the road, you should have on mind several issues: 1. Follow strictly the speed limit within cities – 50 km/h. 2. Pay attention where you park your vehicle in order to be sure that you will find it exactly as you left it. 3. From the beginning of November until the end of March your car lights must be on while driving being during the night or the day. 4. Be very careful not only for the road signs but also for the other drivers around you. 5. It is the beginning of the snow season, so you must be sure that your car is equipped with winter tyres, that you have snow chains at hand and that the car is filled with antifreeze, not water and that it has windscreen fluid. 6. You will need to be very alert when driving at night. Horse-drawn carts and motorcycles can sometimes be found on major roads and travel at night without lights. 7. Stay calm and be polite when the traffic police stops you. It could be for a document check only. 8. Do not talk on your mobile while driving. 9. Maybe the most important is BE EXTREMELY PATIENT. |

You could book a one way or return transfer: - By sending us an e-mail to booking@rentomobile.com. In the e-mail, please write the date, time and place you want us to meet you and where you want to be transferred to. Write also the flight number (if coming by plane), the city form where you have taken the bus or train (if coming with bus or train). We will need also information about the number of passengers and the number of their big and small suitcases. After receiving information about the final quote, the transfer could be paid when meeting our representative or it could be made in advance, by prepaying on-line.
