First Mall in Bansko Ski Resort. The construction has started on 11th of June

This will be the first shopping centre in the famous Bulgarian ski resort. The total area of the complex will be about 6000 sq.m. About 5 million euro will be invested in the project.Mall Bansko is located near the Gondola lift and in close proximity to three 5-star hotels. The complex will consist of two underground levels and five more storeys above the ground. More than 30 stores will be located in the trade area of the complex. A restaurant and a casino will be situated on the last fifth floor. Mall Bansko is planned to open doors in the summer of 2008. There has already been an interest in about 90% of the trade area of the complex. Rental prices are from 17 to 35 euro per sq.m. and depends on the location of the different stores. |
