The first Bulgarian ‘Blue Flag’ Yacht Port is open

The official opening ceremony of the biggest private Bulgarian yacht port was held on the 24th of June, 2007. This is the first Bulgarian yacht port awarded with the prestigious Blue Flag prize. The name of the port is "Marina-Dinevi".    The Yacht lovers now have the opportunity to enter Bulgaria through the seaside resort of St. Vlas.  The modern yacht port consists of 300 yacht places including those for the high class vessels, which are longer than 25 meters. Each place is supplied with electricity, water, cable TV, telephone, fax and wireless Internet. Guards and video systems provide security services around the whole facility. There are border points that connect the port with the customs, the border police and the customs administration. The yacht port is part of a luxury complex, which provides the services of a five star boutique hotel with 30 extraordinary rooms with marvelous sea views, a swimming pool and a disco with an open-air Jacuzzi.   The luxurious Bulgarian yacht port is compared with prestigious similar type facilities in the Seychelles, the Bahamas and the Paradise Islands in the annual “Boat International” catalogue.
