The construction works at the Black Sea coast stops in phases

The 1st of July is the final deadline when the construction works will stop in the municipality of Tsarevo. The prohibition for all construction works in Sozopol municipality has taken effect from 15th of May. According to the Mayor’s order, investors and developers should have already stopped works in Chernomorets from 30th of May. The prohibition took effect on the Nessebar territory from the 1st of May. Currently, there are checkpoints in Sunny Beach, which restrict construction machines. The restrictions will be in force by 30th of September and is prompted by the start of the summer season and its normal and calm running. |
