50 million euro to be invested in Spa Centre near Shumen, Bulgaria

The construction of a spa and rehabilitation centre will begin by the end of the current year in the village of Marash, located close to the town of Shumen. The village became very popular after a mineral spring was found in it. Medics say that the mineral water extracted from the terrain in the village has a healing power and is very healthful to use it. The centre will be located on the road to Kamachia River.The complex will be developed in two stages. Initially the company will work on two seven-storey hotels with a capacity of 700 beds. Individual two-storey rest houses will be constructed later on.A sport centre with a bar, an open - air swimming pool, an amphitheatre, a church and 275 parking lots will also be part of the development. Upon completion, the centre will offer 172 new working places. |
