The President of the Bulgarian tourism agency arrived on a short visit in Novosibirsk

The Bulgarian delegation of the National Tourism Agency in the Republic of Bulgaria led by its president Anelia Krushkova arrived in Novosibirsk. Attaching great importance to tourist relationship between Novosibirsk and Bulgaria, the president of the Bulgarian Tourist Agency took the opportunity to make a short visit to Novosibirsk on her way back to Bulgaria from Yakutia and Irkutska area. During her visit there was a press conference organized, lunch attended by the representative of the Ministry of Foreign affairs in Russia – Mr Viktor Samoylenko, and meeting of the leading tour operators in Novosibirsk. Representatives of tourist agencies from Novosibirsk think that the opening of General Consulate of Bulgaria in Novosibirsk is of significant importance, as well as the intention of the Bulgarian National Tourism Agency to popularize Bulgaria as tourist destination on the Siberian tourist market. Siberian tour operators note that these factors allow the connections with Bulgaria to improve considerably. At the same time a lot needs to be done in order to facilitate our relationship. Answering the questions by the tour operators, Anelia Krushkova stated that at the moment there is advertizing campaign aiming to popularize Bulgaria as a tourist destination on the Siberian market. Tour operators and the airline note that to realize all plans they have to be ready to increase the number of charter flights from Novosibirsk to Bulgaria during the advertizing campaign not only during the summer season but during the winter one. To summarize, the meeting and the whole program of the whole visit were held successfully. |
