Primorsko Welcomes its 1 Millionth Tourist

The municipality of Primorsko welcomes today its one million’s tourist. He will be welcomed by the mayor Mr. Dimitar Dimitrov and representatives of the administration with an old Bulgarian tradition – a hand-made bread with salt and honey. The holiday maker will get some presents from the municipality and from the leading tourist companies, which will provide him a free of charge staying on the territory of the municipality.Primorsko is one of the most preferred destinations on the South Coast. The municipality develops summer and recreation tourism, which there are very good conditions for. Except a traditional tourism, the conditions allow also the developing of alternative forms – water sports /diving, underwater fishing, yacht tourism/, trips to nearby villages /visits to Bulgarian traditional houses, tasting wines, meeting ordinary people/, involving the local folklore more actively in the tourist programs, arranging picnics and boat trips, school vacations and outings, congress activities and tourism, festivals, national and international yacht programs.The municipality’s administration is aiming to make the tourist season longer. A lot of efforts are made for providing a good investment climate and improving the infrastructure. |
