Two Golf Courses Will Be Constructed in Straldzha

The British Sharon Smith will construct two golf courses in Aleksandrovo village, in Straldzha municipality. The councilors have already approved the investment of the British company. The investment promised will amount at 250 – 300 millions euro. The money will be invested within a period of 10 years as each year will be transferred about 20 millions euro.Straldzha will take part in the project with share of 3115 decares land. More land for the project will be bought from private owners in the area. 18 is the expected number of holes. Within the complex there will be sport facilities, 4-star hotel, spa and wellness center. 1000 houses will be constructed in addition. 1000 people staff will take part in the service of the development.Straldzha municipality is to invest in golf and its development. So far golf centers were the towns of Razlog, Bansko and The Black Sea where several complexes are under construction and more are already built. In the last several months golf intentions are directed towards the interior of the country – preferred places are the ones close to dam lakes due to the necessity of water.Source: Dnevnik.bg |
