We well remember all the in depth questions and how we were put on the spot at the Immo exhibition in Rotterdam, and just how informative we had to be for our new buyers in Holland.To see Berrie, Rinie & Luuk Van de Paal was therefore very welcome and refreshing yesterday in our Varna Office as we had first met them at that exhibition. The family are being shown some properties by BGP Services and had a multitude of new questions about the buying process in Bulgaria, areas to consider, legal questions and other matters. We are hoping that we can find them the right property here in the time that they have. Berrie was impressed by our operation and by the fact that it does not tie the buyer down or that we charge a huge commission. He said that he is not impressed at the practice of being met at the airport by an agency and then being kept like a sheep with their shepherd until a sale is made. He knows that with BGP he is free to make his own arrangements and use his hire car to meet us at pre arranged destinations to view properties he is interested in.
