Varna’s fifth mall is called “Galleria”

The start of Galleria Varna Mall was announced by GTC Bulgaria, a subsidiary of the Polish developer Globe Trade Centre S.A.Galleria Varna will be the first project of the company in Bulgaria. The building is planned to have three underground and three ground levels with a total built up area of 100 000 sq.m. Mall Galleria will include multiplex and another 130 different services. The development will be ensured with 1300 parking lots.The construction of the project is expected to begin this September and to finish by the beginning of 2009. The total investment of Galleria Mall is estimated at 77 mln euro. |
