Underground parking facility will be opened on Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd. in Sofia

On Tuesday, 15th May, three-storey underground parking will be opened on Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., in Sofia. The facility will be located close to Inter Expo Center and Congress Centre Sofia. The capacity of the parking construction is 440 spaces.There are 5 million levs invested in the project. The construction took 6 months for the developers. One year and a half was the period of time for the realization of the investment, time for all the building permits included.In a period of several months the construction of another underground parking will start. It will be situated close to Interpred building and will have 120 spaces at customers’ disposal. There are plans for another four underground facilities but they are at stage of preliminary design – three of these parkings will be located in the centre of the capital and thus will facilitate the traffic in the busiest part of the city.
