The Bulgarian coastal town of Sozopol to develop its tourism according to a Spanish model

Sozopol will be learning how to assimilate the Euro funds for the tourism from the Spanish little town of Cudillero. That was announced by the mayoress of the Bulgarian resort Veska Karamanova. She and the Spanish mayor will signed a contract for a brotherhood in September. Both municipalities will cooperate in the field of tourism, European integration, economy, culture, education and sport.The town of Cudillero is a coastal town at Cantabrian Sea, situated in the independent area of Asturia, which is located in the north part of Spain.The small town has about 3000 residents and the main branches it develops are fish industry and tourism.  “I am sure that the municipality of Sozopol has a similar economical development with the Spanish town's one and these close fields will help us to exchange experience and ideas, which will add to each other knowledge and encourage the investments and the European integration”, Karamanova said.
