A project for developing of a Golf Course in Byala, Varna region was discussed

A public discussion for developing of a Golf Course in the town of Byala was held on the 9th of July in the coastal settlement. A new modern complex is planned to be constructed, covering a total area of 7000dca, west of the town’s territory. The development will consist of a Golf Course and large trade and hotel area. There is a huge interest from Danish, Dutch, Russian, Bulgarian and even Japanese investors already. A joint-stock company is needed to be established between the chosen private investor and the municipality, which will partake with a contribution in land, for developing of the project. The intention of the municipality of Byala to draw 2 915 000 leva credit was the other main issue, which was discussed on the meeting on Monday. The finances will be used for repairing of the roads in the municipality and for finishing of some already started reconstructions. |
