Immo International Second Home Expo held in Rotterdam, Holland ended with a busy Sunday. Even though the weather was fine and sunny and most people were enjoying themselves outside, property exhibitors were busy giving details and advices to potential Dutch clients interested to buy abroad. Due to the popularity of certain other countries, Bulgaria still has to prove itself to become one of the most favorite tourist and property destinations for Dutch people. A good start for such introduction was BGP Services` presentation on the exhibition where the Dutch's interest has been provoked with the possibility for a profitable investing in a property in Bulgaria. The general belief among the Dutch visitors was that Bulgaria would prove to be a place they would consider buying in when they researched more from the comfort of their own homes. Some of the visitors even considered Bulgaria as a place where they could retire attracted by the mild climate and fair costs of living. BGP Services explained in depth and gave a lot of information on Bulgaria, the purchasing process and properties in different areas. Apartments and houses in and near the coastal resorts and major cities were of most interest. Our visit to the exhibition produced some offers from foreign property sellers who are especially considering opening new business ventures in Bulgaria. Other international property developers suggested they would be seriously thinking about building in Bulgaria and sought our collaboration and a possible business partnership in the future. BGP Services` presentment popularized the fact that purchasing in Bulgaria is a reasonable and gainful choice. And this for us is a job well done! |
