The second international real estate exhibition “KazReality – 2007” took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan from the 1st until the 31st of March this year. There were presented wide selection of properties not only in Kazakhstan but in other countries around the world. All participants and visitors had the opportunity to get an idea of the property price range in Western and Eastern Europe, CIS, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey. More than 50 participants from 11 countries such as Bulgaria, the UK, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Turkey and France. The total surface of the exhibition was 1800 sq. m. which is two times larger than the surface of the exhibition last year. BGP Services offered visitors of the exhibition a large selection of apartment complexes along the Black Sea coast, rural properties suitable for holiday or year-round homes, and properties in the ski resorts. The stand was of great interest and soon all brochures and leaflets were handed to interested visitors. People in Kazakhstan are attracted to buy properties in Bulgaria mostly because of the reasonable prices here which are twice even three times lower then prices of properties in their home country. Moreover, Bulgaria is world famous with its sea, ski and spa resorts which makes the opportunity to own a property here a really attractive offer.
