DOMEXPO 2007 in Moskow - summary

The 16th International real estate exhibition DOMEXPO finished on the 25th of February, 2007. The exhibition took place both in the Halls “Manezh” and “Gostinoi dvor”. More than 300 companies from all over the world, including Bulgaria took part in the event. Despite the outside zero temperatures, the exhibition attracted a huge number of visitors. Most people visited the event during its second and the third day. According to the initial information the total number of the visitors outnumbered 10 000. The BG's stand was placed in the “Manezh” hall. The big map of Bulgaria with all company offices marked on it as well as the most attractive spots to buy in the country arose huge interest among the visitors. The impressive scenes from the Bulgaria movie produced by BGP as well as the gorgeous sounds of the Bulgarian music attracted the attention of all people passing by the BGP's stand. Special price discounts were offered to the visitors of the exhibition by BGP which turned many of the visitors on our stand into real buyers. The buyers were interested in the summer as well as the winter resorts. Most of the visitors were looking for apartments to enjoy their holidays and to rent out during the rest of the year. The most preferred destinations at the Black Sea coast were Golden Sands, Tzarevo, Byala and Varna. A significant part of the visitors was interested in spa centers.
