The competition for “Building of the year” was established five years ago and its purpose is to acknowledge the most remarkable architectural achievements and original and innovative solutions during the year. The initiative is conducted under the patronage of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.The competition became the most prestigious event for architecture and construction businesses in Bulgaria.“Macedonia Residential” is located in the very centre of the city of Varna, just next to the famous Sea Garden. The facade is projected by a design studio and its style corresponds to the historical and cultural tradition of the city. The most contemporary technologies are used in the building, construction and the finishing works of the building. The residential building comprises of nine apartments, two offices, and a car-park. The results from the competition will be announced in December and we fully expect that the building will be listed in the top thee rank. |
