Let it snow in Bansko as it hosts the European cup in Alpine Skiing

It looks like snow came just in time for the up-coming event in Bansko. From 27th till the 30th January our leading ski-resort will host a round of the European cup in Alpine skiing. During the event, the main Gondola will be free of charge for all the guests of the resort. The actual competition will take place on 29th and 30th January (Monday and Tuesday). Bansko residents and tourists hope that this event will give a new start of the ski season, having in mind the lack of permanent snow cover on the slopes, during the past couple of weeks. |
