The holiday homes in the mountain resorts left the properties on the Southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast behind. The coastal homes in the municipality of Burgas (including the well known sea resorts of Sunny Beach, Nesebar, Ravda, Saint Vlas, Sozopol, Primorsko and Tsarevo) used to be many and the most expensive. The Bulgarian mountain resorts developments now became more attractive. In comparison to the previous year the prices in the Pirin mountain region (including the resort of Bansko) have increased with about 60%. |
