Mall Varna with a British Property Management

The British company Cushman & Wakefield will take over the property management of Mall Varna.This is the first retail outlet which will sign a management contract so early before the completion date and with such a big company, managing 6 million sq.m.of office and retail space in Europe. The construction works of Mall Varna has begun in the fall of the last year. The unussual mild weather allowed the development to continue throgh the winter so the underground level will be completed soon. During the following month Mall Varna will invite the biggest tenants from different businesses, such as leading fashion brands, companies which offer different kind of services, well-known supermarkets to be part of the new modern trade centre in Varna. |
