More investments in Sofia

Yesterday, the 15.03.2007 was turned the first sod of Residential Park Sofia in the presence of the Sofia mayor and the Bavarian minister of economics, transport and technologies Ervin Huber. The concept of the project is to be constructed over 900 living units (houses, apartments and single-family houses) harmonizing with the park environment. The quarter will be set in the south part of Sofia in the feet of Vitosha mountain and will spread on area of over 235 000 sq.m. As part of the project there will also be constructed many facilities for sports, entertainment and various communal services. |
