The company’s registration in Bulgaria to take only 5-6 days

The period for company’s registration is expected extremely to be reduced after the digital data base starts working from the 1st of July, 2007. That was announced by the Registration Agency’s representative.The registration of a new company in Bulgaria will take only 5-6 days. All the information from the current 28 regional court’s registers and the county court of Sofia will be transfer to the new united administrative digital register. All the companies’ names will be unique and the duplicated appellations will be unallowable.Everybody who is in process of registration of a new company will be able to check what the status of the respective company is and what part of the process has been done by the current moment. The company’s registration procedure is taking about 20 – 30 days now. |
