The Newest Golf-Project in Pravets, Sofia Region, Received a Certificate for a First Class Investment

Bulgarian Investment Agency reported that today “Pravets Golf Resort & Country Club” project will obtain a First Class Investment certificate. The project is to the total value of 71.8 million levs and will be realized until the middle of 2010. The project will be financed by the investor’s own financial resources. A golf course with 18 holes, up to theenglish requirements Bulgarianof PGA standards, a club house, 35 villas and a hotel complex with a total built-up area of 24 500 sq.m. are contemplated. The complex is going to be built over an area of 600 000 sq.m. which is already bought. The plot is in immediate proximity to the lake in Pravets. Land neighboring the golf course is purchased regarding the future development of the area. The total number of people employed in the complex will be about 180. 55 000 levs are foreseen for the qualification and requalification of the people. The executive director of Bulgarian Investment Agency Stoyan Stavev will hand the certificate to Vasil Zlatev Petkov, the Director of the investment company. This golf project will be the fifth from the list of those which have received First Class Investment certificates, together with the golf project close to the village Katina, Kableshkov town in Pomorie municipality, region Kulinoto, close to Razlog and Tsarnako – Betolovoto region which is in the middle between Bansko and Razlog. |
