The project planning has begun in 2004 and the stately building is expected to be completed by 2010. The imposing building is planned to be 154.5 m high. Part of the building will be used by a world famous hotel chain as a hotel for congress tourism. The development will provide an art gallery, sea museum, exhibition hall, theatre hall; spa centre, luxurious boutiques and a restaurant as well. Regional Development and Public Works Ministry and the Transport Minister already gave their approval for the project. The construction of the skyscraper is expected to cost more than 50 million euro.Source: novinite.com |
