Five new golf resorts to be developed among the Bulgarian Northern Black Sea coast

Five new golf courses are expected to be developed at the Bulgarian Northern Black Sea coast in the area between Shabla and Durankulak. The municipality of Shabla will take participation in three of the golf courses’ projects. The regional authorities have already determined to deduct 120h of the town area and that way to control 35% of the joint ventures.The developers are trying to obtain all the documents and to secure their projects before the areas get under the European Natura 2000 network.
