“We have been expecting remarkable buildings to be constructed in Bulgaria, buildings not only to be marks of our time but to fit the environment, too. Local authorities must taka interest in significant building structures that will be emblematic for this century.” Dimcho Mihailov said in a press conference during the event. One of the main accents of the Operation program “Regional Development” is urban planning. During the forum Bulgarian architects will learn from world-greatest names’ experience. Many Bulgarian architects work in authoritative offices all over the world. Lecturer form the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy said that Bulgaria’s EU membership is not only a question of political and economical aspects but it stimulates the cultural dialogue between Bulgaria and other countries. Our country aims not only at inviting foreign architects but at Bulgarian professionals to meet world achievements in this field as well. |
